- Meet during initial phase of project to assist in development of vision of project
- Identify common areas and associated maintenance issues
- Assist in preparation of development documents with legal counsel
- Prepare welcome package with rules and regulations
- Coordinate with closing attorney for smooth transitions and satisfied owners.
